Set and confirmed with each institution

Commission rates and enrolment periods are not set by us in isolation — they're agreed directly with each university or college and shared with the institution in advance. This means the percentage you see reflected on a given enrolment is the same figure the institution has already confirmed on their end.

Our standard service is Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) processing. Visa processing sits outside the standard scope.

Disclaimer

Where visa processing is required in addition to COE processing, the commission percentage changes to reflect the extra work involved. This adjusted rate is confirmed in writing before the additional processing begins the standard COE-only rate does not automatically carry over.
